How long it takes

I pack every order by hand within 2 weeks of your order, then shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. Plan for about 3 weeks in total.

Each scoop is packed by hand, one at a time, and I take my time choosing what goes in. That is why it is not instant, and why no two scoops come out the same.

Where I ship

If your country shows up at checkout, I ship there.

Shipping cost

A small flat fee, and free once your order reaches the free shipping amount at the top of the page. Your cart and checkout show both in your currency before you pay.

Tracking

You get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed. Once your scoop is on its way, tracking follows in a second email.

If your address changes

Write to me at mia@miascoop.com as soon as you can and I will update it, as long as your scoop has not left yet.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within the window above, write to me. I will look into it and sort it out.
