How long it takes

Every order is made to arrive in 3 to 4 weeks.

Each scoop is packed by hand, one at a time, and I take my time choosing what goes in. That is why it is not instant, and why no two scoops come out the same.

Where I ship

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping cost

Flat $7.95. Free on every order of $249 and above.

Tracking

You get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed. Once your scoop is on its way, tracking follows in a second email.

If your address changes

Write to me at mia@miascoop.com as soon as you can and I will update it, as long as your scoop has not left yet.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within the window above, write to me. I will look into it and sort it out.
