MiaScoop texts. If you give me your mobile number and agree to texts, you will get recurring automated marketing text messages from MiaScoop at that number: new scoops, gift ideas, offers, and a reminder if you leave a scoop at checkout. Agreeing to texts is never required to buy anything.
How many. The number of messages varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Stopping texts. Reply STOP to any text and you are unsubscribed. You get one last message confirming it, and nothing after that. You can join again whenever you like.

Where. Texts go only to mobile numbers in the United States and Canada.
Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Your number and your agreement to receive texts are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Text opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Everything else about your information is in the Privacy Policy.
